All information about the instructors on the website has been supplied by the instructors and reproduced in good faith. Snowgurus.com cannot be held liable for any errors or misunderstandings concerning a featured instructor, or for information displayed on the website. Nor do Snowgurus.com accept any responsibility or liability for any claims arising from a featured instructor or any arrangement or reservation made with an instructor.

Standards are ultimately controlled by clients feedback, and an instructor who is not considered to be of the required standard will not be listed.

Instructors that fail to supply correct information, or that attempt to mislead through information provided to us will have their details removed permenantly.

When organising lessons we would recommend that you ensure all details and booking conditions are confirmed by e-mail or in writing with the instructor.

We would also remind you that holiday/travel insurance is not only highly recommended, but we consider it essential.

The text, files, images, photos, maps and other materials on the Site are only for your personal use. All content on the Site, and the Site itself, is protected by copyright and database rights, and you will abide by any and all additional copyright notices, information, or restrictions contained in or relating to any content on the Site. Copying or storing of any content for other than for your personal, noncommercial use is expressly prohibited without the prior written permission from us or the applicable copyright holder.

Instructors: Any information you provide to us, including your personal details and email address, will only be used by us to communicate with you and/or display your contact details where necessary as part of the service supplied through the website. Occasionally it may be used to contact you with information relative to the website. It will not be made available to any third parties.

Site Users: In the event that you have a dispute with one or more instructors, you hereby agree to release and discharge us from all liabilities, claims and expenses which arise out of or in connection with that dispute.
